Energy healing comes in many forms, and various methods are used to balance and restore the body and support its innate healing abilities. Each session includes hands-on energy work and therapeutic touch to intuitively sense and enhance or redirect the energy and guide the body back to balance.
Restorative yoga is a restful practice using bolsters, blankets and blocks to support the body in postures that are held for a longer period of time. Energy healing is used to create a sense of calm, invite a feeling of peace and encourage a deeper release. This practice offers a genuine gift of time and a chance to relax and receive.
It was the moment I realized a connection between my body and the breath that I discovered a link to an inner well of energy and strength, bringing me more in sync with myself and the world around me. Through focus on the breath, stretching and building strength, yoga is a practice for the whole body offering clarity, well-being and a feeling of peace. This is what I bring to my teaching.
Sharon received her training and certification through the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara with further studies in Therapeutic Yoga and energy healing. Specializing in gentle and restorative yoga, each session is led with the desire to inspire a deeper connection and respect for the body’s natural response. Offering energy work including Reiki technique and pranic healing, Sharon adds to her classes and private sessions the benefits of healing touch.
