Energy Healing

Through energy healing, the body is cleared, then recharged with vital life force to begin again from a balanced place of clarity and strength. Each session includes hands-on energy work and therapeutic touch to intuitively sense and enhance or redirect the energy and guide the body back to balance. Use of Reiki technique and Pranic Healing, along with a process known as chelation, creates a sense of well-being to help restore and harmonize as the mind clears and the body unwinds.

Energy healing comes in many forms, and various methods are used to balance and restore the body and support its innate healing abilities.

Reiki: A Japanese technique using spiritually guided life force energy administered through laying on of hands and used to reduce stress and create a feeling of peace through deep relaxation.

Pranic Healing: Using energy from the sun, ground and air to transfer vital life force, known as “prana” or “chi,” for the purpose of healing and balancing the bodies energies. Hand motions and techniques are used to cleanse the energy field and recharge it.

Chelation: Charging and clearing the aura by removing auric debris and running energy into the body.

How can energy healing help?

Each of us has unique challenges, lessons and past experiences along with current connections and conditions that create opportunities for learning and growth. Many situations and circumstances can hinder or enhance our lives depending on our perception, approach and belief systems. When we are disconnected and out of balance due to pressure, stress, trauma, faulty beliefs or an attempt to keep up with daily demands, little things seem big and simple decisions become difficult.

Energy work along with other healing modalities can be beneficial in returning to center or bringing the body closer to home. We begin our personal journey with an understanding of individual needs, conscious awareness, responsibility and self-care.

When there is too much energy or not enough, we may fall out of balance, creating internal stress that can affect every system of the body. Challenges such as illness or injury can inhibit the immune response and stifle our ability to heal, while physical limitations and emotional blocks can cause us to hold back and feel “stuck.”

When out of balance, with a fear of going forward, we lose our natural flow and rely on a lesser breath to move ahead. With too much energy we may feel anxious or nervous and move with a feeling of being ahead of the beat, which can lead the body out of sync with its natural rhythm. Creating unhealthy habits of living and being forces the body to find a less effective way to operate. During difficult times we may need assistance to lift up enough to get back on track and make necessary change, or to open up and receive and breathe in life more fully.

Now it is best to pause and let the body shed and be cleansed, while connecting with a deeper reserve of prana or chi through laying on of hands.
