Basics: A beginning class to introduce basic postures & breath work. Perfect for anyone that is new to yoga.

Beginning 1: A well-rounded, slower-paced, basic yoga practice with an emphasis on the fundamentals. Appropriate for beginners.

Gentle:
Breathing, gentle stretching and deep relaxation characterize this practice designed to gradually build flexibility, strength and focus. All are welcome.

Level 1: Build stamina, strength, flexibility and concentration in this class with a moderate level of challenge. Recommended for continuing students.

Restorative:  A special class giving the opportunity to relax, rejuvenate and restore the body.  Through restorative yoga, the body is supported in postures that are held for a longer period of time, using props (blankets, blocks and bolsters) to feel at ease and find comfort in each pose.  This practice offers a softer approach to bring the body back into a natural state of balance and grace.  All are welcome.
